Cancellations/No Shows

Life can be unpredictable and occasionally events may come up that will require clients to reschedule or cancel their appointment.

• 24 hour notice (best choice): In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your appointment I please ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. This will give someone else the opportunity to schedule an appointment for that time.

• Same day notice (bleh): Clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointment for a more convenient time.

• No Shows (please don't do this): In the event that the client forgets or intentionally forgoes the appointment without giving notice their next appointment may require a deposit or be cancelled at my discretion.
   

*I understand emergencies do happen, these will be handled on a case by case basis. If a client has been experiencing any illness including fever, vomiting, diarrhea or any knowingly contagious disease or infection we request that you reschedule your session. Weather, safety, family, etc can be emergencies and forgivable.  I will do my best to give as much notice to you as well If I have any of the same situations occur.

Late Arrival

It is recommended that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and a brief consult. Arriving late may result in a shortened therapy session in order to stay on time with appointments reserved with other clients. Regardless of the length of the session, the client will be held responsible for the full fee for what was originally booked. Out of respect for my clients, I do my very best to be on time for you as well. In the event that I am running behind, time will be added to your session to make up for the late start (if available) or the cost of your service will be adjusted accordingly.​

Refusal of Service

Twilight Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. This may include (but not limited to) medical issues where massage is contraindicated or the state of mind of the client is hostile and/or under the influence.
